Return & Refund

We apply a return fee of SEK 99 which is deducted from your refund. The return fee applies to all products and aims to cover costs for handling and administration of returns. In the event of any complaints or incorrect products, we will of course refund the return fee. We strive to always offer high quality and good service to our customers, and we hope that this return policy contributes to smooth and efficient handling of returns.

• All packages/returns that are sent must be delivered directly to the specified address. We will not pick up packages sent to drop off locations.

To complete your return, a receipt (order confirmation) or proof of purchase is required.

1. Send an E-Mail to Galaxdoft@gmail.com with "Return" as the title. Please write in the email; First & last name, your email, order number and your address. Write in the email the reason for your return and which products it applies to. Wait for a response from us via E-Mail before completing the return.
   
   
2. You are responsible for the return cost. You must ensure that the product reaches us safely and that the product has not been used. Any labels must remain.
   
   
3. When we receive your return, we will investigate and ensure that the products have not been used. If the product is not in original condition, a refund will not take place.

All prices on GalaxDoft.se are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

You can make a return within 14 days from the day you received the product.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 weeks. Usually it takes about 5 banking days.
